PGDC Now Accepting Pre-Applications for Three Bedrooms

The Punta Gorda Development Corporation is NOW accepting pre-applications for 3 Bedroom NON-Public Housing and NON-Section 8 Apartments. 

 

These apartments will NOT be receiving any housing assistance. 

 

The rental rate will NOT be based on income.  Please read through the application at the below link for more information.

 

The Pre-Application is available to be printed and then faxed or mailed to The Punta Gorda Development Corporation office directly.

 

NO PRE-APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN PERSON
