RENTAL INTEREST FORM

By completing this form you are notifying the Punta Gorda Development Corporation (PGDC) of your interest in renting the one (1) bedroom Fitzhugh Commons apartment located at 328 Fitzhugh Ave., Apt. 111/A. The rent for this apartment is $904.00 per month. Once submitted, your interest form will be reviewed. If you appear to meet the basic income/occupancy requirements you will be contacted by PGDC staff to go over next steps.

PLEASE BE AWARE: This INTEREST FORM is to inform PGDC that you are interested in renting the available apartment. This form is NOT an application for any assistance or rental subsidy programs.
