RENTAL INTEREST FORM

By completing this form you are notifying the Punta Gorda Development Corporation (PGDC) of your interest in renting the three (3) bedroom home located at 414 E. Helen Ave., Punta Gorda, FL 33950. The rent for this home is $1,255.00 per month. Once submitted, your interest form will be reviewed. If you appear to meet the basic income/occupancy requirements you will be contacted by PGDC staff to go over next steps.
