Public Notice of PGHA's Revision of the 5 Year, Annual and HCV (Section 8) Administration Plan

PUBLIC NOTICE

 

Pursuant to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires that the Punta Gorda Housing Authority (PGHA) will conduct a public hearing to receive comments on its Revisions of the 2025-2029 Agency Five (5) Year Plan and PGHA's Annual Plan. This public hearing will be held at the regular monthly Board Meeting of the Housing Authority located at 340 Gulf Breeze Avenue, Punta Gorda, FL 33950.

 

The public hearing will be held Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 8:30 am at the PGHA office located at 340 Gulf Breeze Avenue, Punta Gorda, FL 33950.

 

Copies of the revised 2025-2029 Agency Five (5) Year Plan and Annual Plan can be reviewed at the office of the Punta Gorda Housing Authority any time after April 1, 2026. Public comments will be accepted through May 21, 2026.

This public comment will be heard at the regular monthly Board Meeting of the Housing Authority located at 340 Gulf Breeze Avenue, Punta Gorda, FL 33950. 

Copies of the revised Housing Choice Voucher Administration Plan can be reviewed at the office of the Punta Gorda Housing Authority any time after April 1, 2026. Public comments will be accepted through May 21, 2026.
