OCCUPANCY / INCOME REQUIREMENTS

This apartment is subject to SHIP requirements and does have strict occupancy and income requirements.  Please be aware that all income and assets will be verified.

 

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

There can be no more than TWO (2) occupants for this unit.

 

INCOME REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Annual Income:  $27,120

Maximum  Annual Income for ONE (1) Person:  $33,750

Maximum Annual Income for TWO (2) People: $38,600
